Grievance Redressal Policy
To cater to the grievances of the stakeholders- students, employees and alumni, the institution has constituted a grievance redressal cell for quick redressal of grievances.The cell comprises of the Principal as an advisor, the Convenor of the cell and three to four of its members. The cell looks into all grievances including anti-ragging and sexual harassment.
On receiving any grievance, the convenor calls for a meeting wherein grievance related facts are discussed and upon which mutual decision is arrived at by the cell. Necessary action is then taken by the cell against a certain grievance. For disposal of the grievances, the institution usually takes 2-5 working days. The cell tries to resolve all grievances efficiently in a timely manner to provide for its quick disposal.Students’ grievances were taken up in offline mode. However, from the session 2021-22 online mode of grievance redressal was also introduced to remove any difficulty that a student may face in case of offline mode.
